The food is incredible! Based on fresh produce from the Carmes market. The presentation is amazing and it's so delicious!! Kudos to the chef, who is very pleasant.

A wide selection of teas and infusions. Excellent advice, always with a smile. I'll gladly return. The Corsican Sun infusion is a pure delight.

A must-visit shop for tea lovers.

A very nice shop with a wide selection of teas; however, the time spent with novices during peak periods is regrettable (shortage of staff?). Prices are reasonable, though not particularly cheap. Buy in bulk for better prices.

I don't live in Toulouse, but I enjoyed the teas from the previous owner (Mr. Tartarat) so much that I continued to order from this establishment. Unfortunately, I no longer find the same pleasure there. I ordered 13 teas and infusions a month ago, not wanting to be limited to just one or two lukewarm impressions. I'm definitely left wanting more: the flavored teas used to be refined, delicate, and not overpowering, but now, each tea is a plethora of flavors (up to seven ingredients, in addition to the tea itself!), lacking subtlety, with a competition of dominant flavors that overwhelm everything. You no longer even know what you're drinking. It's a real shame. And then you really get the feeling that the shop had a phenomenal stockpile of ginger, jasmine, and sunflower petals, and that they feel compelled to put them absolutely everywhere. These are still good teas, of course, hence the three stars, but one might be tempted to remind the new owners of an Anglo-American precept that would work wonders: less is more. For my part, this was my last order.

No more tea: fully stocked. Need to buy a new tea infuser. Tea kettles. Mugs. Very wide selection. Good value for money.
