For all the people I've seen comment that the tour takes 20 minutes, you just don't take the time to be interested in how chocolate is made. You're in too much of a hurry. We did a 1h30 visit with my boyfriend, very interesting videos, sensory activities (smell, touch) are well found. A tasting of beans and hazelnuts, chocolates from their own production of real delicious quality.
A very pleasant sweet buffet in the restaurant with a pretty decoration
Very pleasant and warm welcome from the staff.
For all people who are patient, like to discover and not embittered, I highly recommend it!!

If the chocolates are good, the visit is not great.

Truly a great place for chocolate lovers 🍫 offering a unique immersion in the world of this delicacy 😋.
There are fun and interactive exhibitions to allow us to discover the history of chocolate from manufacturing to tasting. There are a large number of decorations, artistic sculptures, demonstrations by master chocolatiers in the museum and a visit to this place would not be a visit without a little tasting 😋😊
I made this visit with my daughter who was happy to learn all these things, her eyes sparkling in front of these delicacies and without forgetting her little bag filled with sweetness but to be eaten in moderation 😁
For the curious, chocolate lovers or even for those who simply want to have a pleasant time, this is a very good place to visit.

Small museum, made with a lot of love. Unfortunately, we were not told before the purchased entry began that we could no longer participate in the chocolate production.

Very disappointed with the sweet buffet, very dry chocolate cakes, cookies very heavy to digest, waffles not crispy, chocolate in bad taste for the fountain…. I only went to the buffet once and came out with a stomach ache… fortunately the visit to the museum and the taste of the chocolates inside were different… nice shop…..

The photos and "most recent" reviews from 2019 are out of date. The restaurant is no longer in a train. The restaurant is a dining room attached to the back of the chocolate shop. It is minimally staffed. You walk into the restaurant area and tell the person at the bar that you have a reservation.
You need to reserve and prepay online before you come. I reserved on the morning of my visit. You can choose from two options:
a) Sweet + Savory buffet at 11:00 am, 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm.
b) Sweets buffer at 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, or 4:00 pm
You are allowed to stay for only one hour, so show up on time.
The presentation is nothing like in the photos. You get two plates and cutlery, then you serve yourself from the buffet area.
There is coffee, tea and water. For the savory buffet, there is salad (greens + carrots + choice of dressing which seems quite simple and modest), wurst, onion soup, spätzle an interesting type of pasta/noodle from Alsace with choice of mushroom or bolognese sauce, dijon marinated chicken cubes. The spätzle and chicken were quite good. They did not have much left in the buffet area, but it was refilled with fresh samples after a while.
The deserts area had a range of cakes and pies, as well as two types of hot chocolate. I would recommend you get a small amount of each sample first to see what you life, before getting a bigger sample of what you really like.
Altogether, I would say it is worthwhile, but the deserts were not as exceptional as I would have expected from a restaurant associated with a chocolate factory in France.
