It's been ages since I've been this excited about a new opening. The restaurant is exceptional. I mean it. I absolutely love Caribbean food; everything was incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend the chicken colombo. The sauce is perfectly balanced, the cooking is spot-on, and it has a subtle smoky flavor. Everything is truly well-executed here. The sausage rougail was also very good. The red beans and rice were cooked to perfection. I have absolutely no complaints. It's great value for money.
