From the warm welcome to the petit fours, everything was perfect. The cuisine was refined and modern, a beautiful fusion of local ingredients and Argentine culinary tradition. The Argentine chef, a true poet of gastronomy, has surrounded himself with a warm and impeccable service team. The setting is sumptuous… utterly enchanting.

A truly wonderful experience, from the warm welcome and the ambiance to, of course, the delicious food. The cuisine is inventive, a blend of flavors that takes you on a journey across the oceans.

A wonderful evening at Les Tables de Gaspard. Excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, a lovely wine list, and an aperitif served by the fireplace. This is our second visit since the change of ownership, and our experience has been even better. If we were to nitpick, the venison could be cooked to order to suit individual preferences... But that's a minor detail. We will definitely be back!
