Les Tables de Gaspard sur Saint-Crepin

So, I LOVED IT! We tested it as a family this summer during the holidays. It is an old stable, vaulted, made of stone, pretty as anything with a small lounge area and its fireplace where I can see myself enjoying a little mulled wine this winter. I felt comfortable and welcomed. I also had a very good dinner and enjoyed my dishes on the €59 menu, particularly the fish of the day which was local and which I recommend; a treat! And for music, I thought I recognized Atahualpa Yupanqui for connoisseurs. So thank you for this really good time.

We came for lunch a year ago and had fond memories of the setting of the room and the quality of the products. We returned without knowing that the owners had changed, and were seduced by the new flavors (Argentinean inspiration, originality of recipes from different regions), the welcome of the team (discreet service but generous in explanations, the visit of the chef in end of meal) and still the spacious setting. We plan to come back and recommend this great experience to our loved ones! Congratulations to Ivan and Alice!

Un établissement haut de gamme tenu par un couple charmant. Le Chef sublime des mets raffinés pour notre plus grand régal. Les anciens propriétaires peuvent être tranquilles, la relève est assurée. Nestled in Saint-Crépin, south of Briançon and overlooking Mont-Dauphin, Les tables de Gaspard will delight your taste buds. A discovery with the lucullus with foie gras accompanied by a very well recommended light red, followed by a piece of Argentinian beef matched with Malbec. To finish, an exceptional chocolate soufflé. The vaulted room, the spacing of the tables and the quality service will complete the satisfaction of your taste buds, the detour wherever you are in the Mercantour le Queyras or the ecrins is essential.

For a first in this establishment, it was a precious moment that we shared with our friends. We feel good in these places full of history. The welcome is pleasant and sincere and what can we say about the cuisine, simply an explosion of flavors for the tasting menu (and surprise!). A real search for the Chef inspired both by his starred career and his origins. A real discovery of identity. We were also able to play with the hostess around an original and very good food/wine pairing. An establishment as we like them with passionate entrepreneurs who must be encouraged.

En poussant la porte vous découvrirez une magnifique salle voûtée avec ses pierres et le marbre rose local. Coté cuisine c’est délicieux, on s’est régalé des amuses bouches au dessert . Des touches d’originalité du chef de par ses origines , ainsi que des produits locaux notamment le safran qui dans la glace à l’abricot trouve toute sa place. J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir goûter au futur dessert à la carte avec des notes de genièvre , le chef a été à l’écoute sur une idée pour donner un peu plus de peps à celui-ci. Un couple sympathique dans cet établissement magnifique. Au plaisir d’y revenir prochainement
