The dining room was beautifully laid out and decorated; the atmosphere was intimate yet relaxed.
The ingredients were excellent, with an original combination of flavors.
The only drawback was the tasting menu, which was a bit pricey compared to the regular menu. There was a slight imbalance in the overall quality of the dishes, particularly the desserts, which could have benefited from a wider variety.
The combination of banana and caramel with the smoked herring roe was lovely.
The wine pairing with the Sisteron lamb could have been a Vacqueyras or, even better, a Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
A wonderful evening, pleasant service, and an inventive chef.

We received a very warm welcome at Les Tables de Gaspard.
We recommend having an aperitif by the fireplace; the atmosphere is cozy and intimate.

A magical moment with family.
For one evening, time stands still. Relaxed aperitifs by the fireside. Exceptional wines and mocktails to choose from. Varied and original dishes, reflecting the Chef's expertise. Starters and main courses are meticulously prepared without fuss, focusing on flavor and originality. The signature dessert is incredible (surprise!). One of the best restaurants in the Hautes-Alpes, but we're still exploring...

A truly delightful experience awaits at this restaurant nestled within the restored stone walls of a former stable. Beneath the tastefully decorated vaulted ceilings, the chef in the kitchen and his wife in the dining room serve sophisticated dishes with bold flavors. Special mention goes to the cloud-like gougère with Colonnata lard served as an amuse-bouche, the Swiss chard served alongside a langoustine delicately flavored with Madagascar vanilla, and a divine chocolate soufflé, both molten and crisp. This is a welcome change from fondues, raclettes, and tartiflettes (which we adore!) when, in the Hautes-Alpes, we crave a touch of refinement. A lovely menu, impeccable service, and a daily specials board that lives up to expectations. What more could you ask for?
