Absolutely fantastic! The cuisine is inventive and delicious, the service is elegant and attentive, the setting is beautiful, and even the tableware contributes to a wonderful evening.
It was a great discovery for us, and we'll definitely be back this summer!

I don't usually give 5 stars, but this time I have absolutely no complaints. An exceptional setting, attentive service with detailed descriptions of the dishes, and above all, original and refined cuisine.
Congratulations to "Les Tables de Gaspard," we will undoubtedly return and will follow its progress in the Michelin Guide.

This was our second visit to this restaurant and it's still a great meal. The atmosphere is refined, the service personable and helpful (and very friendly!) and the food is unusual and terrific ( with interesting Spanish twists as the chef is Argentinian). One of the very best restaurants in the Briancon/Guillestre region. We'll definitely be back!

We were familiar with the restaurant when it had a Michelin star; this is our second visit since the change of ownership. Almost everything is perfect, the only slight drawback being that the gnocchi weren't quite up to the standard of the other dishes—too floury and dry. The service was excellent, and we were very helpful in choosing the wines. Certainly one of the best restaurants, perhaps even the best, in the Hautes-Alsace region.
