After flying over the mountains, we landed at "Au Sommet du Goût" (The Summit of Taste). Welcomed by Alice and Xavier in this unique and intimate setting, Ivan and his assistant led us through the colorful paths, filled with the scents and flavors of Les Tables de Gaspard. A wonderful discovery today at "Aux Tables de Gaspard." A very warm welcome in an idyllic setting with stunning stone columns and vaulted ceilings reminiscent of another era. It's a journey in every sense of the word. The chef, originally from Argentina, draws you into his world. Delights from the amuse-bouche to the starter and dessert; a veritable explosion of flavors. It's an experience to be savored, as it's impossible to describe. I'll be back very soon. Highly recommended.
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was surprising in a former stable built in the 16th century.
One minor criticism concerns the waiters' attire; while the service was very efficient, their fluorescent walkie-talkies were conspicuous and lacked class.
