For many years, this place has held memories of my uncle, a young adult, coming from Paris every weekend to visit his family. For many years, this is where I shared lunch with him every Saturday. It was his only outing of the week. It was where he wanted to go. He enjoyed chatting with passing tourists and watching the children devour the crêpes. Everyone knew "Uncle," his smile, his jokes.
