Les Templiers sur Collioure

Restau parmi tant d'autres, vraiment rien d'exceptionnel qui pourrait faire la différence . Un peu étonné que le Perrier coûte plus Cher que le kir cassis. Rien de plus ni de moins...

Les accords sont très bons, un simple gaspacho dont l’acidité est compensée par l’amertume de l’huile d’olive. Un tartare de tomates dont l’assaisonnement est complété par des petits morceaux de jambon serrano et des lames serran intégrées dans le tartare. Des saints jacques accompagnées d’une crème de pdt à la truffe et enfin une crème catalane faite à la demande - la meilleure mangée à Collioure. Il n’y a pas à dire la cuisine sait ce qu’elle fait. le service est pro même si certains font les stars mais c’est amusant. Reste la deco à l’extérieur à rafraîchir.

The facilities look quite deteriorated. The restaurant raises price but not quality. Not bad but not very good either

Restaurant : - Very good starters/desserts - Fish and shellfish overcooked despite excellent accompaniment - Recommendation of a very good white wine, but served hot - We were able to see a football match To conclude, mixed, very good service but too many details which caught our attention

March 2022: Very warm welcome, the dishes are very good, each time with a little personal touch from the chef which makes them different from what you find in other restaurants. THE chef was able to differentiate himself while maintaining the quality of the ingredients and without it being to the detriment of the dish. We feasted. We will definitely come back. July 2022: We arrive at 11:45 a.m. to eat, we ask to sit at the table to drink an aperitif while waiting for 12 p.m. Categorical refusal. No problem, there were five of us, we went to eat next door where we were very well received. 👎🏼 July 2024: Another treat. The menu evolves while retaining flavors. We enjoy it every time. However, I take away one star for the cleanliness of the toilets. It's disgusting and the holes in the door are blocked with toilet paper. When you inherit a historic brand image in Collioure, you manage to live up to it.

Stop at the restaurant and it was a treat 🥰 smiling and helpful staff with good advice especially for the wines I recommend the Collioure wine 👍 a special nod to the chef for this delicious meal an address where he likes to stop ❤️

The chef has been there for 2 months, very good and surprising meal, beautiful flavors and quite surprising but delicious pairings. Special mention for the Catalan cream with incredible flavors. A beautiful moment
