A small but well-located village hotel; simple and straightforward, yet very welcoming. The staff provides exceptional service. A charming place.

🎨 A dive into art and history in the heart of Collioure
Staying at the Hôtel des Templiers isn't just about choosing a place to sleep, but immersing yourself in an atmosphere of times gone by. Located in the beating heart of beautiful Collioure, this hotel gave us an authentic and warm experience. 🇫🇷
✨ A heart-warming welcome
We were greeted at the reception with great joy. The receptionist was impeccable: she provided us with every logistical detail (floor, room number, and use of the key card) and took care to recommend the must-see gems in the historic center. It was fun and enjoyable to communicate with her: even though she didn't speak Italian, she enthusiastically mixed French, Spanish, English, and a few words of our own to make us feel at home. A human touch that makes all the difference! 🗣️💬
🐶 Special attention and services
Pet Friendly: Dogs are welcome. Although there was a surcharge, the hotel decided not to charge us: a rare gesture of kindness that we greatly appreciated. 🐾
Breakfast: You can book it on site (the price is not included in the room rate).
Hours: The reception is always available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
🖼️ A breathtaking structure
The hotel is a true art gallery: the stairways and corridors are adorned with an incredible collection of paintings and works that tell the artistic history of Collioure. The rooms retain a historic charm, with elaborate furnishings and details that recall local tradition, making your stay one-of-a-kind. 🖌️🏛️
🚗 Logistics and Parking
Collioure is a quaint gem, but like all historic villages, parking requires some patience. Here are some tips based on our experience:
Public Parking: Adjacent to the Castle, just a 5-minute walk. We paid about €15 for parking from 8:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day. 🅿️
Alternatives: There is a closer parking lot that is free during the Christmas period, but it's very small, and you have to be careful on market days because it needs to be vacated.
In summary: Collioure is truly beautiful, and this hotel is the perfect base for experiencing it. Parking can be a bit tricky, but the magical atmosphere that reigns within these walls and among the village's narrow streets more than makes up for any effort. Highly recommended! 🌟🏰

We're from Costa Rica and came to visit this beautiful place in France. I have to admit, the place isn't very easy to find and is quite hidden. It took us 30 minutes to find it, and we had to ask three people who lived nearby for directions to make sure we were finally getting there.
However, something I didn't like about the place in general was that everything closed early and opened late. Only a few places opened in the afternoon and closed around 4:00 or 5:00 PM, just because it wasn't summer.
Something to keep in mind if you stay there is that the rooms are beautiful and have original, simple paintings. Everything is tidy and pleasant, but… we experienced some paranormal things!
On the first night, we woke up to the sounds of a clock ticking and people talking inside the room. It wasn't the television or a radio; we had no idea what it was!
The following night, a family member got up to turn on the bathroom light, and it kept turning on and off by itself. We didn't know what was wrong...
If you're easily frightened, be careful, but this place is so old and has so much history that you never know what might happen there.

We spent one night at the hotel on Rue Colbert (they have several locations in Collioure) and it was wonderful. The room was very large (one double bed and one single bed with a bathtub, ideal for a child), the bedding was very comfortable, the heating was excellent (perfect for November), the hotel's decor was lovely, full of paintings by local artists, and the breakfast at the café next door, with which the hotel has a partnership in winter, was good. The welcome was warm, in short, very good indeed, reasonably priced, everything was perfect. We will definitely return.

Rooms and common areas with quaint decor, and very pleasant and accommodating staff.
Newly renovated and very clean bathroom, with a view of the colorful and quiet back street (mid-October). A rare thing in hotels: the shower has good pressure!
A standard but adequate breakfast, with fresh bread and very good pastries.
