🟠 The owner seemed a bit tense, but I went during the FLIP festival, and one might think fatigue was a factor.
🟠 The profiteroles were advertised with homemade whipped cream, but that clearly wasn't the case… not a big deal, but a shame if you're a whipped cream lover… perhaps the FLIP effect as well.
➡️ Overall, my experience was positive, and I would return to this restaurant if I have the opportunity!

The restaurant is incredibly generous (we never ordered dessert because the main course was so substantial). The prices are very reasonable for the portions offered.
The air-conditioned dining room (a real plus during this sweltering summer of 2026) is, however, a bit noisy; but it was often very busy.
My only complaint: avoid their mojito (if you usually enjoy mojitos).

We love eating at Les Templiers during the FLIP festival. This restaurant is truly fantastic.
Once again this year, we took the opportunity to treat ourselves at Les Templiers. The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide selection and very generous, high-quality portions. The service is impeccable, and the waiters and waitresses are very pleasant. We hardly had to wait at all. It's really top-notch, especially considering how busy it is during FLIP.
We'll be back!
A little tip: book in advance if you want to be sure of getting a table.

Excellent restaurant with air-conditioned indoor seating! It's fantastic during this heatwave! Lots of original dishes (troubadour escalope, etc.).

It's best to book in advance, but we'll do everything we can to get you a table. The terrace is on a quiet little square.
