Absolutely exceptional! And essential.
Undoubtedly the best steak we have had the opportunity to eat, perfectly cooked, a treat. The meal was flawless from start to finish, the starter, the meat with its exquisite gratin and the dessert.
The price is very largely justified by the quality of the products, the welcome and the service, not to mention the superb setting which offers a breathtaking view of the Cevennes.

Pour le reste du menu, désolé, mais faut que l’on revienne… on avait plus faim 😋

The best. Beautiful slow cooking meats. The pleasure of the intestines. Good drinks. Very nice staff and perfect location. 4 of us had aperitifs, then lots of wine and digestives. Fortunately, road checks are rare in the area, I was at easy 2g. Too bad the restaurant is closing soon. I'll go back and stuff the hamper on my collar.

According to the scale of the Michelin guide, I would say "worth the detour"! 😘
The cuisine is simple and efficient, the menu is sparse, but everything is homemade, with love and quality products from the region.
The prime rib is surely one of the best I have ever eaten.
The setting is magnificent, the shaded terrace is very pleasant, the view is pleasant.

Idyllic village in the Cévennes, shaded terrace overlooking the three valleys, simple cuisine, of very good quality and reasonable price. The meat was perfectly cooked and the welcome was warm (my dog had barely arrived and had his water and his bone!). We will definitely be back very soon!! (Bring cash)
