Authentic setting but unfortunately very disappointing service and high value for money... A shame, this place could almost have been on our shortlist...

Superb chalet, excellent Savoyard fondue, but a very cold welcome and an atmosphere reminiscent of senior citizens...the staff lacked warmth! A shame...

A very pleasant discovery during our usual stop before heading up the mountain to the ski resorts. We entered a chalet that looked small from the outside but was actually huge. The setting was typical, tastefully decorated, and we were truly immersed in the Savoyard atmosphere. The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, the cuisine truly typical of the mountains. Special mention goes to the beef braserade and the Savoyard fondue, which were absolutely delicious. The portions were more than ample, but we didn't want to waste a single bite. The dessert of the day, prepared by the chef, was a light and flavorful crème brûlée! My compliments to the chef and the two waitresses, who were very kind ladies and who gave us helpful advice and information about the region. In short, it's a very pleasant place where you're sure to eat well and have a great time with your family, but don't forget to book ahead as it fills up quickly in the evening!

Like every year, we come to Les Trappeurs... A huge THANK YOU to Brigitte, the owner, for her kindness and hospitality... This year, the fondue... A MARVEL!!! But don't hesitate to try the reblochonnade and the braserade... EVERYTHING here is delicious... You're at Les Trappeurs in an exceptional setting with an exceptional team, THANK YOU to everyone... As a bonus, you'll certainly make some lovely acquaintances with the diners at the next table, like we did tonight... I recommend it 100%!
