While passing through the region we stopped at this restaurant. Very nice discovery, the value for money of what we were offered is just exceptional: €37 for a nice appetizer based on oysters (although I don't particularly like that!), a very good starter made from fresh fish, a duck with perfect cooking and its accompaniment around beetroot. Even the hazelnut-based dessert was perfectly executed and successful. In the dining room, we felt the desire of the young and smiling waitress as well as the kindness of the owner. She explained to us that she had taken over this restaurant barely 5 months ago and that she still had plenty of projects to implement for the months to come, including an improvement in the menu and the wine service. ... We will therefore come back on our next visit with desire and curiosity to see these changes!

Lunch for 2, restaurant side which offers an à la carte service. You also have the option of being on the brasserie side for a unique menu. When we arrived at 12:15 p.m., there were 2 people in the room and 3 more would eventually arrive as well. Choice of a main course and a dessert...45 minutes of waiting for a rare steak of beef...fortunately I didn't ask for well done. The positive point is the quality, everything was very good, however the accompaniment deserves to fill the plate a little more. We asked for a second piece of bread which we are still waiting for. In short, if you are in a hurry and you are a gourmand, this address is not the right one.

Very nice rediscovery of this local institution which has taken a big hit and the result is here: The menu is essential, you have 4 dishes but only good and fresh and with very high quality kitchen execution! The room is renovated and very pleasant! The team is also very pleasant and passionate. And finally, a little extra, not least: we have a 3-year-old daughter and we particularly appreciated that something other than the usual minced steak and fries was offered. The cauliflower mousseline was so good that there wasn't a crumb left on the plate.. and I can tell you, it's worth all the stars ⭐️! Long live the new 🦆🦆🦆and above all have fun!
