Superb restaurant overlooking the harbor. A delight! The cuisine is refined, the menu is excellent, and it also includes vegetarian options. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. A must-try!

A perfectly cooked duck breast and truly excellent ingredients. We didn't find anything better in Les Saintes during our stay. A must-try stop on any Camargue tour!

11/03/2026: An absolutely exceptional stay at Hôtel L’Estelle in the Camargue. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a remarkable team—attentive, warm, and always ready to help. The service truly lives up to the standards of a 5-star establishment, with an attention to detail that makes all the difference. The rooms overlooking the marsh are superb. The setting is magnificent, peaceful, and perfectly integrated into the Camargue landscape. It's a true haven of peace, ideal for recharging and enjoying rare tranquility. The cuisine is also excellent: refined dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a culinary experience worthy of the location. We also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, including a very pleasant game of tennis in this unique setting. In short, an exceptional address in the Camargue that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will return with great pleasure.

28/03/2026: Bohemian life on a Saturday. You step into a colorful universe where the divine is everywhere and in everything! Isn't that right?! The welcome is heartwarming, as is the mindfully prepared food; you can feel it nourishing both body and soul. It was perfect. Thank you 🙏
18/03/2026: The place is nicely decorated, and the manager is very friendly. However, the €15 "egg cocotte" option—an "enhanced" egg with a few salad leaves—is far too expensive for the simplicity and quantity of the dish.
