Superb restaurant overlooking the harbor. A delight! The cuisine is refined, the menu is excellent, and it also includes vegetarian options. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. A must-try!

A perfectly cooked duck breast and truly excellent ingredients. We didn't find anything better in Les Saintes during our stay. A must-try stop on any Camargue tour!

02/03/2026: I'd spotted this restaurant on Google Maps beforehand. What a great idea! We had a pitcher of sangria here; it was a little spicy but delicious. We also ordered the charcuterie platter, which was incredible, and the croquettes were also very good. A truly flawless experience that earns this place a spot on our list of favorites! Bravo!
10/11/2025: I stumbled upon this tapas restaurant that served after 9 pm. It's worth noting that in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, in winter, it's difficult to find a restaurant still serving after 9 pm. The service from the grandmother is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly, and even if everything isn't homemade, the value is still good. I ended up going two nights in a row. A very good place.

Restaurant L'Estelle en Camargue

26/04/2026: My partner and I stayed at the Hotel L’Estelle and were immediately charmed by the place. The hotel overlooks a small pond, which offers beautiful colors and a chorus of swallows. The jacuzzi and infinity pool made our stay even more enjoyable (and they're open in April!). The staff and the owner were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a wonderful time!
20/04/2026: A truly wonderful experience at L’Estelle in the Camargue. We spent one night and had dinner there: everything was absolutely perfect. The pool is lovely, as is the jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in an exceptional setting. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast on the terrace was delightful. The surroundings are superb, typically Camargue, conducive to unwinding. A huge thank you to the staff, who were attentive and took such good care of us throughout our stay. We were welcomed by Philippe, the owner, with a warm and friendly welcome. Everything came together for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this place! The extra touch: thank you for your thoughtful gesture and delicious surprise cake for my husband's birthday. 🦩🌞🐴 We will be back! 🤩
