10/03/2026: We ate burgers, and they were excellent. We didn't try the pizzas. The service was very friendly too. Just one small complaint about the fries, which were clearly frozen and not up to the standard of the burgers.

18/04/2026: A perfectly executed frosty interlude 🍦 Just a few hours before my trip to the salt marshes, I treated myself to a little getaway to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer for a delicious treat at Pablo's. We then embarked on a quest to sample the true delicacies of this master pastry chef. From the moment we arrived, the ice was broken: warm, professional, and above all, passionate! No need to be cold: the promise of quality products, free from artificial colors and additives, was fulfilled. To help us with this potentially risky decision, we were offered samples of a few flavors before choosing. A true artisan who knows how to take care of his customers! After perusing this frosty menu, I opted for a pistachio scoop and a lemon meringue, accompanied by a homemade chocolate-peanut cone. Time to enjoy! Verdict: a perfectly executed combination and a flawlessly crafted frozen symphony! The flavors are perfectly balanced and melt beautifully on my palate. You can taste the expert's skill in every bite 😁 With an average bill of €7 for two scoops (€5.50) and a homemade cone (€1.50), the value for money is more than justified. I can only urge you to hop on your steed for a direct ride to Pablo's 😁👍

14/04/2026: It's absolutely fantastic!!! We received a really warm welcome, the horses are lovely. We weren't riding in single file, it felt so good to be completely in sync with our horse! And the gallops were simply incredible! When we came back from the ride, they offered us bull sausage – it was just amazing!!!

30/03/2026: I visited Chez Mario in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The place is small and simple, barely noticeable from the outside, but it has a familiar and authentic atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzas are definitely the highlight: well-cooked, with a crispy, flavorful crust. The cuisine is also traditional Italian. I also really enjoyed the tiramisu, which was truly excellent. The prices are fair and the quality-price ratio is good, especially considering the location near the center and the sea. One note: since it's very popular, it's best to arrive early because the place is a bit small. Overall, I recommend it, especially for the truly excellent pizza.

18/01/2026: We've been enjoying oysters there regularly for years, in every season. The seafood is fresh, served with a delicious local white wine. The setting is very pleasant, and above all, Jessica, the owner, is always welcoming, smiling, and friendly.

The dishes were delicious, flavorful, and prepared with care—a true delight for the taste buds. But beyond the food, the entire experience deserves to be highlighted: the warm welcome, the professionalism of the team, their ability to adapt and respond to our requests… We truly felt valued and well received. A huge thank you also to the owner, whose kindness and genuine warmth are rare. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable, where you want to return again and again. We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this place! An address not to be missed.

11/04/2026: We didn't eat too badly. However, the portions were very small, the fries were frozen, a real tourist trap.

07/04/2026: A small restaurant we stumbled upon in November 2025, run by a couple and their daughters who help out. It's a shame they were out of mussels in the evening, as we had come specifically for them... But we tried the bull stew (gardiane de taureau) instead: a real treat! The customers were chatting amicably, and there were many regulars who came back every year. A lovely little restaurant. We'll be back this summer with our children to try the fish specialty that some customers had raved about... but this time we'll make a reservation to be sure of getting mussels, or we'll come for lunch. 21/03/2026: The mussels were large and the Roquefort sauce was excellent. For me, the paella royale was generous and exactly what I expected. Good restaurant, quick service despite a small staff. We recommend it.
