What a wonderful discovery Le Tire Bouchon restaurant was! The savory buckwheat crepes are as delicious as they are generous: the one that shares the restaurant's name is particularly flavorful. Its composition is rich with diverse and complementary flavors, resulting in a truly delightful and indulgent experience.
As for the sweet crepes, we happily opted for the tarte Tatin, with one of them flambéed for an extra touch. Thank you to Océane and Philippe for this wonderful meal, and we'll definitely be back soon.
