A wonderful time spent on the terrace of L'Escale 87. Bistronomic cuisine, full of flavor and quality. Fresh dishes, seasonal vegetables, and excellent meat! The homemade desserts are a delight. A must-try!

Good evening, My wonderful friend Mathilde invited me for a weekend getaway from the chaos of Paris, and it was somewhat by chance that we discovered this little restaurant near Provins. We were warmly welcomed by a waitress whose name we unfortunately didn't ask for—our apologies—but who was particularly attentive throughout the meal. We enjoyed a sea bass fillet that I highly recommend: incredibly flavorful, beautifully presented, and bursting with taste. The beef fillet was also prepared with precision, cooked to perfection. The aperitif was accompanied by a complimentary amuse-bouche, so delicious that I almost hesitated to ask the chef for the recipe. In short, an excellent meal to end the afternoon and begin the evening. We chose to give it 4 stars because, being a true gourmand, I like to fully savor the taste of food, and the salt was sometimes a little too prominent for my liking. We used Yann's catering service for about fifty people for three birthdays. Everything was perfect: excellent foie gras, perfectly cooked meat and fish with delicious sauces, well-seasoned side dishes, beautifully presented cheese platters with high-quality products, and all three desserts were equally delicious—not too sweet, with light mousses and creams that were easy to eat after an excellent and generous meal. Everything was very well thought out for easy reheating and serving. Yann explained everything clearly, and it all went very smoothly. Everything was perfectly hot! The portions were more than generous (including a real, beautiful slice of foie gras). Yann gave us excellent advice, and all the guests were delighted with the quality of the meal. It was excellent. A big thank you to Yann and his entire team. BRAVO!

A very accessible and charming place, both inside and in the garden. The food is quite good with a good selection. Very traditional.

A delightful discovery: this restaurant on the main road boasts a lovely terrace at the back for meals and a beautiful garden for summer. The menu is short and well-executed, offering excellent French cuisine and quality wines. I'll definitely be back.

I've been going there since time immemorial and the change of ownership hasn't affected the quality of the food at all!

A very good quality restaurant, though the prices are a little high compared to other similar establishments in the area! Fresh ingredients, local dishes, and culinary creations. The service is impeccable, and the dishes are beautifully presented and delicious. It's a shame there's such a long wait between courses, but we're also here to take our time. Perhaps I'm just too rushed or impatient! Correction: In good company, time flies! The service is still excellent. Since the change of ownership, the cuisine and atmosphere have evolved considerably, in a good way in my opinion. The recipes and pace suit me much better. The service is also much younger, therefore more dynamic, and that's refreshing! @lvs.kid

We used the catering services of L'Escale 87 to celebrate our birthdays, my husband and I. There were about forty of us, and everyone was delighted with the service. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The desserts were amazing 😋. I highly recommend them.
