A minor point regarding the "linguine with scallops and salmon": my plate contained one and a half scallops and some salmon. In my opinion, the description didn't quite reflect what was actually on the plate.

We had a wonderful time at L’Escorneille. The dishes are truly high-quality, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious: you can taste the care taken with the ingredients and their preparation, and especially the thought that went into choosing the menu and crafting the dishes. Special mention also goes to the service, which is professional, attentive, and warm. It's truly a pleasure to be so well received and advised throughout the meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of the food and the hospitality. We will definitely be back! 😊

The dishes, with their subtle flavors and meticulous preparation, are evident from the first bite, like the snail casserole—absolutely divine. The meats were cooked to perfection, exactly as requested. The pistachio dessert was simply heavenly. The only slight drawback was the pleasure of seeing the owner and his wife among the tables. Social media is great, but nothing beats a few words exchanged with customers while they're seated at their table.

We had a wonderful time at L’Escorneil restaurant. The food was delicious, the portions generous, and the dishes prepared with care. We enjoyed every bite!
I also have a special thought for this restaurant where my brother worked for three years. It's an establishment with a great team and a pleasant atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and have a good time.
