L'Esperance sur Versailles

Passing through Versailles for the weekend, we were warmly welcomed, helpful, and provided excellent service in a simple, peaceful setting with a superb view of Place Saint-Louis and its cathedral! Thank you to the entire team for your kindness 😊 From breakfast to dinner, everything was excellent!

Spacious room for four, pleasant and clean. No noise, warm welcome, and excellent food. The royal couscous is delicious! Perfect location for visiting the Palace of Versailles and the surrounding area. The owner is very attentive. A great find, reasonably priced, we will be back.

A small, well-located hotel on a very quiet square, bright and with a very friendly welcome. It was great.

Check in was advertised till midnight and I checked in at 11:15pm Saturday night. The room very clean, and the food was tasty, there was a good range of teas available. The staff were very polite, good service. I slept quite well, and to top it off, the morning after my 1 night stay there was a small car show in the square in front of the cathedral!

Un emplacement exceptionnel, la vue sur la Cathédrale Saint-Louis, superbe, une grande terrasse sur cette si jolie place, deux salles, beaucoup de charme, un endroit extrêmement chaleureux, tout comme l'accueil. Loin de l'agitation et du bruit des grandes rues ou avenues, puisque l'on pourrait presque se croire dans un village, L'Espérance est un endroit véritablement apaisant où l'on se sent tout de suite très bien, tout simplement ! Le personnel est adorable et toujours souriant, en outre tout est vraiment bon ici ! Les pâtisseries "orientales" sont à tomber ! De plus, les prix sont très raisonnables. Enfin, il y a le nom ! L'Espérance, un lieu que j'adore et que je recommande vivement, bien évidemment !

Thank you guys, we had a great family weekend... Spacious, clean, friendly rooms at a reasonable price, plus your various couscous dishes were a real treat!

How could anyone not love the magnificent couscous we ordered? The lamb was delicious! The service was excellent, and the experience was top-notch!
