The saffron risotto, accompanied by asparagus and elevated with a chorizo crumble, was simply exceptional. A true ode to the region, where every ingredient was perfectly balanced between generosity and precision. For the main course, the scallops confirmed this level of excellence. Perfectly seared, they were served with a smooth sweet potato purée and delicately prepared asparagus. The harmony of flavors and the precision in cooking clearly reflect outstanding craftsmanship. The entire meal was complemented by an excellent local wine, carefully selected to enhance the experience. Equally noteworthy was the service: the waitress was exceptionally attentive and warm, not only ensuring our comfort throughout the lunch but also thoughtfully providing water and treats for our dog – a gesture that truly stood out. An address to recommend without hesitation for anyone seeking refined, authentic, and terroir-inspired cuisine
