As regulars at Estellan, I can say it's a fantastic restaurant! The dishes are delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The service is warm, professional, and attentive throughout the meal (Thank you, Fred!). The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend it!

After visiting Senanque Abbey, we were looking for a restaurant to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We spotted this lovely establishment from the road.
The gentleman who kindly welcomed us, even though we hadn't made a reservation, worked wonders by finding a table for two in the air-conditioned conservatory.
We opted for the three-course meal (starter, main, dessert), a glass of wine, a coffee, and of course, two glasses of champagne to celebrate our 20th anniversary.
Thank you again for this delicious and refined meal; we had a wonderful time.

Excellent and refined cuisine at this magnificent restaurant, nestled in a verdant setting in the hamlet of Les Imberts. We chose the sea bass and turbot, both perfectly cooked! A wonderful experience.
