We had a wonderful meal! We opted for the €53 set menu and everything was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and seasonal, and the presentation was truly beautiful. A special mention goes to the dessert, an excellent pistachio and apricot dacquoise!
The waiters and waitresses were very attentive despite the restaurant being busy. We actually made a reservation; it's definitely safer if you want to eat there.
The setting is beautiful, with stone and wood... everything is elegant.

Delicious dinner, flavorful menu, intimate atmosphere, discreet yet attentive and smiling staff, and excellent advice on choosing the best wines. A must-try for a truly enjoyable experience.

We are from Burgundy and came to Provence to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After our research, we chose L'Estelan, and we were delighted. The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the setting exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this restaurant.

A very pleasant evening.
The €55 set menu was more than adequate, with excellent choice and quality. The smoked monkfish starter was particularly well done.
Just one comment: the starter was served too quickly, even though we had only ordered half of our aperitif. The smoked monkfish and aperol were not included. The main course was brought later, after we had taken the time to finish our aperitifs and each order a nice glass of wine. The main course was turbot, beef, and duck tataki. The dessert was good. The service was pleasant. Very good. We'll definitely be back.
