L'Etape de la Vallée sur Pacy-Sur-Eure

We stayed two nights in the Duplex suite, as a family with our 19 month old daughter. Beautiful spacious suite with living room, TV and a baby bed on the ground floor. Upstairs is the parental bed, TV, WC and a large bathroom with walk-in shower... a bathtub would have been more appreciated given the size of the room and for this type of suite. We were surprised not to find a mini fridge, which would have been practical especially with a baby (storing meals etc). Big problem with the heater which makes a lot of noise when you start it. So we preferred to sleep without it rather than risk waking our daughter 🥶 Overall we had a good stay, the hotel is beautiful and very well located with very friendly and helpful staff despite the weak points mentioned above.

Taking advantage of a Smartbox box, we discovered this magnificent establishment during the Easter weekend. We were able to stay in the duplex suite for an additional fee due to an upgrade from our original reservation. Very large and beautiful suite with chic and elegant decoration with floor. The hotel and its restaurant section have a very beautiful and elegant decoration which is worth a detour. The staff is also very friendly, helpful and not intrusive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately there are a few areas for improvement that would have made our stay even better. Starting with a mini refrigerator in the room, especially for a duplex suite (the most expensive in the hotel), with a child this would have allowed us to preserve certain foods. A bathtub in the huge bathroom would also have been nice. There is a huge walk-in shower which could have accommodated a bathtub in addition to the shower, this bathroom is so large, it's a shame. Despite these different points, we had a pleasant stay (2 nights) in this establishment, ideally placed for discovering the town of Vernon as well as the gardens and Monet's house in Giverny. We will certainly stay there again when visiting Pacy sur Eure. Thanks again.

Food always very good, we always feel comfortable in this restaurant.

A little romantic weekend thanks to a box set. The welcome is great, the decoration is very neat and the atmosphere is very cozy. Suite with a very pleasant view of the Eure. Downside, however, as mentioned at the start: the air conditioning which turns off and on is not pleasant at night.... And the curtain on the bathroom window is ideal if you like to be seen naked in the evening from outside! The bedding is excellent and the cleanliness cannot be criticized. Dinner on Saturday evening, the cuisine is very refined and original. One of the best cuisines we have ever had the chance to try. Really special mention for the simply exceptional service. The waiter with glasses (I didn't see the first name) guided us in our choices and explained the different dishes. Great discovery at the end of the meal with the calva Napoléon ;-) We recommend this address!

Great romantic moment spent at the restaurant. Top-notch service with smiling, attentive servers and a butler who takes great care of his guests. One of the best restaurants in the Ebroician region, if not the best.

We spent one night in this hotel for New Year's Eve, the staff were lovely, the rooms are very good and the bar offers a good choice of drinks, the breakfast was delicious with quality products but on a small scale. quantity of choice, I love it The view of the Epte was a real plus!
