What a lovely evening at Gina and Cédric's with a great atmosphere and excellent cuisine, don't pass through Bolquère without stopping at this 5-star+ establishment, this is a genuine review without any fluff.

First, you're greeted (very simply but very cordially, which is very pleasant), then they cook for you (regional and home-style cooking, unpretentious but delicious, just like the welcome). It's a real and pleasant surprise to dine at Gina and Cédric's; light years away from the tourist traps in the area. The menu is modest, but that's the assurance that EVERYTHING is made—and made well—here. You enjoy the food as much as chatting with the owners (the portions are generous; tonight, in the dining room, no one could finish their plate, not even me!). This is a place that restores your faith in mountain cuisine: honest, carefully prepared, and incredibly friendly! I highly recommend it! 👍👍👍👍👍
