Not too happy with my outing with friends to this restaurant... a long wait, they seemed a bit forgotten when serving us, and the duck was overcooked for both my friend and me. We had to ask for the side dish... a shame, I've experienced better service... or maybe it's only for regulars?

A great find in Montbéliard, where good little restaurants are hard to find. The cuisine is traditional and simple, which we really enjoyed. We haven't tried the pizzas yet, but we had the bavette steak and sliced ​​chicken – it was delicious and very well prepared. We'll be back! 🫶

We come to L'Étincelle from time to time and are never disappointed. This time, two small remarks: I ordered the venison stew, and I regret that it wasn't mentioned that it was cooked with chestnut honey. The Comté salad without Comté cheese bothered me a little, and a touch of vinegar would add freshness, stimulate the taste buds, and make our mouths water. Nevertheless, L'Étincelle remains a reliable choice.
