Fantastic time at L’Étincelle in Montbéliard with friends! 🔥 We received a very warm welcome, the setting is really lovely, and the meal was excellent. A special mention for the chef's homemade cordon bleu, which was absolutely delicious! 👌 And the value for money is incredibly good. A great place in Montbéliard that we'll definitely be back to! 👏

This is a reliable restaurant where we regularly go with the same 5 or 6 friends 😉. The owners, Didier and Catherine, are lovely, and over the years, the restaurant has never declined in quality or flavor. I highly recommend it. We're actually going back tonight with great pleasure! Thank you.

A must-visit! I highly recommend this restaurant. The welcome is warm and, above all, the food is consistently excellent. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the chef's skill with every visit. It's flawless, a true pleasure every time.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the rösti with Montbéliard sausage and cancoillotte cheese. A very comforting dish. For dessert, we had crème brûlée and French toast. I slightly preferred the latter. The staff were very friendly.
