I had the opportunity to participate in a pastry workshop to learn how to make a raspberry cake, and what a wonderful experience it was! The afternoon went very well, in a small group which allowed us to truly benefit from personalized advice and high-quality guidance. We were guided step by step, with plenty of tips and tricks so we could then recreate the recipe on our own. The cake was delicious and was a hit with everyone at home when I brought it home! The ingredients used are of very high quality and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Add to that the variety of workshops offered by Le Taisson Gourmand and their very reasonable prices: the value for money is excellent. It was a fantastic time that I highly recommend! 😋

We ordered the vegan chocolate praline entremet for a birthday and it was a unanimous hit! Vegan pastry can be tricky to master, but this one is perfect. A huge thank you and well done!
