My daughter and I did a chocolate éclair workshop. We loved it! Marielle is very patient and helpful. We adored it, and especially enjoyed eating everything that same evening. It was delicious! It was a wonderful experience. We'll definitely take another workshop.

As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed the passion fruit/mango macaron for my mom's 60th birthday. We're never disappointed. She's amazing!!!

My sister and I took a chocolate éclair workshop. We had a wonderful time and learned so much that we've put into practice several times since. Our pastry chef was very patient and let us make the éclairs from start to finish. I highly recommend it and would love to do another workshop. Thank you again, it was truly excellent.
