L'Hamburgerie sur Vitry-Le-Francois

We have been customers for several years and we come several times despite our 1 hour round trip drive. We are very disappointed and we were surprised to see the staff change and the appearance of the terminal to order the hamburger now looks like a fast food restaurant rather than a restaurant. Everything is calculated, no more bottles of sauce on the tables, this is put in small plastic pots that they don't even fill! (not very eco-friendly even though we had taken the menus on site). The burger bread has changed (good but it's no longer the artisanal bread from before) as well as the recipe, very salty fries, very thin slice of raclette etc.. We miss the old chef and the old team, it's no longer the same atmosphere... Really a shame we went there as a family because it was our favorite restaurant to eat a good, elaborate burger. Finally, prices have increased by €14 for a burger, fries and drink menu and €17 for the XL menu. This is clearly exaggerated, especially when the quality drops.

Very good burgers at a reasonable price.

Cooking meat not great. Butcher-style mince is heresy, it dries out too much. To make the beef successfully, you have to knead it, expel the air, make it monolithic... Apart from this point which could be improved, the rest is very good and at a fair price.

A place without presentation but nice which overlooks the Place d'Armes with unfortunately too much traffic...they have nothing to do with it....I ate there on the terrace the table the color has faded...we are well installed under the sun

Bonjour sur la route du grand est nous nous sommes arrêtés en pause repas. Le service y a été rapide, la qualité des produits servis et du service ont été impeccables !!! Belle pause rapide pour budget convenable !

the hamburgers are very very good! We go there several times a year. the only negative point is the terrace! super dangerous with the pieces of bricks used to hold the parasol legs lying all over the terrace, terrace never tidy, dirty table, never swept, really doesn't make you want to sit there, it's a shame because the rest is great!

Fast and pleasant service. The burgers are just excellent!

We go there for lunch several times a year, alone or with our adult children and our dog. The young women who provide the service are very welcoming, going so far as to bring a bowl of fresh water for the dog without being asked. They are patient and attentive. The food is very good and much better than in the usual fast food restaurants: the fries are homemade, the hamburger bread is delicious and comes from a good baker. The burgers are well garnished. A very small downside in the form of a suggestion: it would be nice to provide a small, simple salad to accompany the hamburger/fries dish. Otherwise, perfect. We highly recommend. 😊
