We arrived without a reservation, and the waitress was super friendly and got us a table inside. The food was 10/10, I would definitely return. The place is very nice and the location is right downtown.

Hearty dishes, worth their price

What a shame! Such excellent pizzas served by a waitress more interested in chatting with her friends outside the restaurant than ensuring the comfort of her customers, in our case, seated behind the entrance door, instantly experiencing the temperature shock of the oven-heated dining room and its delicious aroma, and the 10-degree weather outside that evening (around 8:45 pm on the 27th). What a pity such a lovely establishment was spoiled by the insolence of this same waitress who, not appreciating my request to close the door after spending the entire meal with my down jacket as a shield against the constant draft from the entrance, looked down on me with disdain when I saw a charge on the card machine without any receipt to prove our consumption (there were three of us). And when I asked her if the money was for me, she curtly replied, "Do you see anyone else around to pay?"... Eager to escape such contempt for those whose customers ensured her income, I paid without wishing her a good evening, for fear of being attacked again by our gatekeeper. I don't even know if I paid for exactly what I consumed with my partner and stepdaughter... Could this be a tactic to get a tip, given the impossibility of earning one through her good behavior?... What a waste...

It had been a while since I'd been back to Pinocchio's, and as always, we were never disappointed. This time, I opted for the Insalata di pasta, a hearty and delicious dish, which I thoroughly enjoyed. My friend, meanwhile, chose the Fettuccine pistachio e burrata. I highly recommend it! 🙌🏽
