A truly wonderful discovery, both for the setting (magnificent fireplace) and the food. The meats were of excellent quality and perfectly cooked. The wine list is also noteworthy.
However, one sour note marred the experience: the behavior of the waiter, Dominique. Chewing gum throughout the entire meal is completely inappropriate in an establishment of this caliber. It's a shame, as it contrasts sharply with the friendliness of the rest of the staff and the quality of the meal.

We go there at least three times a year. For me, it's one of the best restaurants in the area. The setting is beautiful, and the waiters—always the same ones—are fantastic! It's true that the price is a bit high, but the quality and quantity are definitely there. Don't change a thing!

We came by chance as recommended by our hotel. And we really enjoyed dinner. Good food, good service, particularly enjoyed bonbonnière de morbier, marcassin and nougat Benedictine . Thank you for the service of Nicolas, too, who gave us plenty of explanations, gave extra marcassin stew and allowed us to compare digestives .. Very friendly waiters yet very professional and mannered.
