A fantastic day at this top-quality restaurant. We organized a surprise birthday party and it was a resounding success. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly. The meal was truly excellent. Our waiter, Dominique, was very kind and helpful. Don't hesitate to book a table here; you won't be disappointed. The quality of the food and service is exceptional.

How could anyone not love this restaurant? Everything I ate was delicious, the flavors exploded in my mouth. I've never eaten anything like it. The atmosphere is great, and the servers are very attentive. The restaurant has a beautiful period decor. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend you try L'Hermitage. You won't be disappointed.

It's always a great pleasure to return to L'Hermitage. The welcome is warm, the staff are exceptionally professional, and the cuisine is simply outstanding. Special mention goes to their thoughtful touches on special occasions, like our wedding anniversary. A must-visit! We loved the lobster spring rolls and the langoustine tail tempura.

We ordered two €49 set menus, and frankly, there are much better options nearby at that price. The optional vegetarian dish, in particular, was a disaster: boiled vegetables with no protein whatsoever. We asked for chickpeas. And since it still wasn't good, they ordered another course. In short, the €49 menu became much more expensive. The cheese platter was unappetizing. The service didn't live up to the setting and prices. The setting is magnificent, though. We're being generous with the 3-star rating.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at L’Ermitage, and the experience was generally very positive. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with great professionalism and warmth. The service is truly excellent: attentive, seamless, without being intrusive—exactly what you expect from a good restaurant. As for the food, I was particularly impressed by the foie gras. The sweetbreads were simply superb, and the scallops were very, very good. The flavors were well-balanced, the cooking perfect, and you can clearly taste the effort behind each dish. However, I was very disappointed with the lobster spring roll! The idea is original and promising, but unfortunately, the lobster was barely there, almost nonexistent (no meat), just a tiny portion that wasn't very pleasant to eat! Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience was enjoyable. I recommend this restaurant for the quality of its service.

Today, for our mother's 90th birthday, the food, meal, and service were absolutely perfect. Congratulations, we are delighted!
