A remarkable restaurant that more than lives up to its reputation. Each dish showcases true culinary expertise, with refined flavors and elegant presentation. The service is impeccable: attentive, discreet, and perfectly professional. The restaurant's atmosphere is both warm and sophisticated. The only minor point for improvement: the mojitos, which could be a little more refined to match the rest of the experience. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and will gladly return.
