Excellent welcome and very good meal, we will be back!

A truly exceptional experience at the Himalaya restaurant. We were welcomed without any waiting, which was immediately appreciated. The restaurant is richly decorated, warm, and meticulously maintained. We were barely seated when delicious amuse-bouches were served, accompanied by water. At the slightest request for ice, the server returned with a generous amount without delay—a telling detail of attentive and well-organized service. The dishes arrived very quickly, without any sense of haste or urgency. The wait was practically nonexistent, yet perfectly managed. The politeness and attentiveness of the servers greatly contributed to the comfort of the meal. As for the appetizers, the eggplant fritters were excellent: flavorful, light, perfectly fried, and not at all heavy, accompanied by a pretty carrot garnish that added a refined touch to the whole dish. Special mention goes to the cheese naans, undoubtedly the best I've ever tasted, with a particular fondness for the cheese and garlic naan, which was melt-in-your-mouth, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. The dishes are served with rice on the side, in reasonable and consistent portions. The quality of the preparation is remarkable: the flavors are clean, well-defined, and harmoniously balanced. The lamb curry stands out for its aromatic depth, as does the butter chicken, which is generous, creamy, and remarkably well-executed. Soft music accompanies the meal, discreet and pleasant, contributing to a serene and comfortable atmosphere without ever being intrusive. In short, a place where everything is perfectly executed, from the service to the food. Kudos to the entire team for this flawless experience. An experience to remember and one that we wholeheartedly recommend.
