As on previous occasions, the service was impeccable: the welcome, the attentive service throughout the meal, the shared sense of humor... And as for the cuisine, the dishes were truly delicate and subtle. The pan-seared foie gras was sumptuous (the sauce was divine), and the sweetbreads were perfectly crispy and accompanied by a variety of delicious vegetables. The chocolate entremet for dessert was exquisite. All the presentations were superb. We had heard good things about this restaurant, but we were so charmed by it that we've now been back three times. The value for money is unbeatable.
This is the fourth time my wife and I have eaten here.
