Excellent. We had dinner there on January 24, 2025. Well done to the whole team. We enjoyed ourselves. Everything is perfect. Friendly and efficient service, delicious cuisine with a lot of research. A perfect evening. We can’t wait for spring to return and enjoy the garden. It's perfect.

Came to the restaurant pleasantly welcomed by 2 very professional young women who know the menu very well, the a.b. are excellent, the vegetable velouté and truffle ftomage is a killer of flavors never before known, the hot vegetable dish cooked with excellence and put together by the cook who is an architect of the plates followed by a formidable Cluizel chocolate dessert of happiness. Vegetarian meal possible. Space in the private parking lot, very easy access between Louviers and Évreux, the remarkable quality and cleanliness of the establishment are worthy of the prices. Very nice evening and memorable discovery.

A sure value. On the other hand, the service last night lacked attention. We stayed for 30 minutes with our finished plates in front of us. The table next to it too. We are aware that you are short-staffed at the moment, but the person taking care of us could have picked up our plates and kindly explained the situation, instead of repeatedly leaving the room empty-handed. We felt forgotten. Finally another waitress took them. No problem, we like you and we will return. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 2025.

La parfaite cohérence du lieu, de l'accueil, de la cuisine et de l'hébergement d'une adresse qu'il faut absolument inscrire dans ses tablettes pour y venir et y revenir. Professionnalisme, gentillesse et gaité, qualité des produits et des prestations au service du client qui pris par la main n'a plus qu'à se consacrer à son plaisir, un verre dans une main une fourchette dans l'autre ! Une belle cuisine gastronomique extrêmement bien réalisée, la maîtrise technique permettant à l'équipe en cuisine de proposer de très jolies assiettes aux saveurs subtiles parfaitement assemblées. Saumon fumé maison, bavette cuite au kamado, poire pochée, un grand bonheur, léger, gouteux, parfaitement digeste, la juste illustration d'une gastronomie française qui magnifie le vrai des produits dans une grammaire qui parle très bien aux papilles sans aucun artifice, mais que de travail soigneusement dissimulé, du grand art. Une jolie carte des vins, subtile, diverse, pertinente. Que dire du conseil d'un Vacqueyras blanc avec la bavette ? Tout bonnement sublime !
