Certainly the best restaurant in the region, we have never been disappointed for many years. The innovative recipes are always very finely cooked, the spices and aromatics precisely dosed. It's truly divine! The big plus is the smile of the owner and the waiters, always attentive and very professional.
Je ne vois vraiment pas quoi reprocher à ce restaurant à part la carte des vins limitée (je n'apprécie pas les éprouvettes). Je garde un très bon souvenir des légumes variés, parfaitement cuits, et le désir d'y retourner à la prochaine occasion.
