I went to dinner at the hotel on a Saturday evening. The place is frankly sublime, nothing to say about it.
Dishes level: not bad, a little stingy with the quantities
the haughty hostesses and the waitresses in mini skirts are a bit uncomfortable at first but oh well. It’s the Costes, we know where we’re going…

Elegant with touches of baroque, the décor inside this 18th-century building creates a truly special ambience. The lighting was perfectly balanced contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. While the food imo doesn’t quite justify the steep prices, the atmosphere is truly worth experiencing. The receptionists added a hint of pretentiousness, which gave me a bit of a laugh. A place to visit more for the vibe than obtaining value.

Hemos cenado en el restaurante del Hotel Costes y es un espectáculo.Todas las camareras parecen modelos,es un ambiente chic y elegante.La comida no es una maravilla pero está bien.Precios elevados pero merece la pena conocerlo,decoración exquisita y poca luz .

Ocasionalmente desagradable, elegante y delicioso.
Hemos estado en este restaurante varias veces y hay dos cosas que son consistentes:
1 . Deliciosa comida. Siempre. Nunca hemos tenido una comida pobre aquí. disfrutamos particularmente de la pasta de langosta y escargot.
2 . A menudo esnob, servicio odioso. En un momento dado, nos rechazaron por llevar la ropa equivocada, así que fuimos por la calle a comprar ropa diferente solo para poder cenar aquí. Y luego, por supuesto, cuando caminamos en el restaurante, vimos a mucha gente vestida peor que nosotros.
en general, recomendamos encarecidamente porque forma parte de la experiencia parisina : - )

Highly Recommend. Great environment. Very clean. Delicious food. Extremely luxurious vibe.
Best views from the 720 Suite. Can enjoy the perfect angle of the Eiffel Tower while relaxing in the bathtub.

Incredibly nice and pleasant atmosphere, unfortunately the food was not particularly good and the staff were not particularly interested in us, perhaps because we were a bunch of young people. Unfortunately, the food does not justify the high prices either.

Exceptional location. The staff was very pleasant and communicative if you speak English. Beautiful rooms with incredible views. Highly recommended.

We went to the restaurant at the Costes hotel that was recommended to us from different sources. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous! The colors and the materials used for the furniture and design are amazing. The food was phenomenal, we especially loved the oysters 👌 but I wasn't a big fan of the cocktails. We were greeted at the reception by a girl that must have been bored to death at her being there, she barely looked at us and was kind of rude. The service inside was less than great; we felt rushed, plates were being removed too quickly and people were not very friendly. I realized that service really does impact the whole experience as a whole.
