We had a wonderful aperitif at L’Huître et la Vigne. Anne-Sophie was very kind enough to call us in advance to confirm what we wanted to eat, as she only had oysters available that evening. That was a good thing, as that's what we came to discover. The host is a former oyster farmer with a passion for wine and oysters; she puts everyone at ease, and her husband, Benoît, helps with the service and introduces us to their vineyard. Their wines are very good: we left with three bottles. We enjoyed an aperitif surrounded by the vines and their animals. An unforgettable experience!

An exceptional experience! We had the chance to taste some excellent wines in a magnificent setting. The owners welcomed us with great warmth and passionately shared their history and expertise. A wonderful memory shared with friends, which we highly recommend!
