A charming little footpath leads to the L’Hysope restaurant in La Jarrie. Upon entering, you'll discover a landscaped courtyard, shaded by trees, perfect for relaxation and a truly timeless experience.
A huge thank you to the entire team for their impeccable, attentive, and professional service.
Congratulations also to Chef Nicolas Durif for his menu, a true culinary invitation: refined, seasonal dishes, perfectly executed and bursting with flavor. A gastronomic experience I wholeheartedly recommend.

We came last May and had an exceptional meal that easily deserved a Michelin star. The restaurant's decor resembles a cabinet of curiosities. My partner and I loved it. Special mention goes to the brede mafane, which blew us away. This memory will forever be associated with your establishment, and I thank you for it.

A gift box was provided... what a shame not to be able to choose each person's own menu... meaning that as a couple, you have to choose menu A for both of you... knowing that the first menu is 100% fish, which isn't necessarily to everyone's liking... so you're forced to take menu B for two, €40 more expensive... no choice... There's also no choice within the menu itself; it's simply the suggested option, period... No tap water, only bottled water at an extra cost... For bread, you're given a choice of one slice of white or multigrain, and for the second slice, white bread is mandatory... The food was very good, but the way the menus are imposed makes me not want to recommend the place to others... what a shame!

Following a gift, we went for lunch at L'Hysope in La Jarrie. The setting was beautiful, the welcome was warm, and the "Voyage" menu was flawless. We'll definitely be back.
