Bravo! Top-notch cuisine, superb work with flavors. The service is impeccable. A level above many Michelin-starred restaurants. It's hard to understand the Michelin Guide's decisions.

An exceptional evening! We had a wonderful time at L’Hysope. The service was attentive and warm, the atmosphere elegant without being stuffy, and the dishes were simply remarkable. Refined flavors, great creativity, and attention to detail made each dish a true discovery. Bravo to the chef!

A warm welcome, as are the original and delicious dishes. The cooking is expertly executed, the sauces are subtly paired, the wine selection is varied and excellent, and the service is efficient. Magali and Nicolas welcome guests without any pretension, and yet they have every right to.

Wow! What an excellent dinner! We were pleasantly surprised by every course, by the flavors, the contrasts, and the combinations. We loved this Michelin-star-worthy cuisine. The service was professional and very friendly.
