Liberta is located very close to the Airbnb my partner and I stayed at. We were drawn to the laid back energy of the restaurant. We were sat quickly and treated very nicely by the staff. The menu lists the staff favorites which is very helpful when making a decision. We enjoyed our entrees as well as bottle of wine and some tiramisu. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area. I would be happy to return in the future

30/05/2026: Near Patrimonio, a superb setting, absolute tranquility in the middle of nature. Very warm welcome.

12/05/2026: We went there for dinner. The three-course Corsican menu was excellent. Great combination, very tender meat. And the view during the meal was magnificent.
