The best bakery in Marseille. It's a blessing that this bakery opened in our neighborhood a few years ago. Everything is delicious. The best panettone I've ever eaten.

Very good bread and good pastries

I traveled a long way with my partner, eager to discover Mickaël Martinez's shop, about which we had heard so many good things. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed by the welcome. From the moment we arrived, we got the feeling that the saleswoman was mainly waiting for us to make our selections so she could pay and move on. We didn't really have time to browse at our leisure, and her attitude seemed cold and irritated. It's a shame, because when you travel from afar wanting to discover the work of a great pastry chef, you also expect to be greeted with at least a little warmth and kindness. We left feeling uneasy and disappointed. On the other hand, we have no complaints about the products: the pastries were absolutely delicious and truly delighted our taste buds. 🥐❤️ The pastries were of very high quality, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing.

I've tried many good bakeries and pastry shops… this one is one of my favorites. I always stop by Michael Martinez's whenever I'm in Pointe Rouge. Their sandwiches are also delicious.

I had the opportunity to discover this magnificent shop. I made the trip specifically for the beautiful little flan, a perfectly executed puff pastry flan with beautifully finished edges. The flan filling is well-balanced with a pronounced vanilla note, though the quantity is a little light compared to the puff pastry. The texture is rather firm rather than creamy, and unfortunately, the top of the pastry was soft. It's still a good flan, though. A big surprise! I couldn't resist the raspberry croissant 🥰 It's so beautiful just to look at, but the real surprise is inside: a raspberry compote that is simply divine and very generous, exceptional puff pastry, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients, the flavor of the butter combined with this magical raspberry compote. 10/10 for the croissant, a real favorite! Bravo! Looking forward to returning to discover other wonderful things

I regularly shop at this bakery and I'm always very satisfied with the quality of the products, which are truly excellent. I simply wanted to comment on the service during my last visit. While I was calmly choosing items from the sweet display case, I was asked to move aside to let the customers behind me go ahead, even though I hadn't finished making my selections. This meant the other customers were standing in front of the display case, which prevented me from properly viewing the products and making my choice at my leisure. I therefore had to finish my order in front of the savory display case, where it was much more difficult to look at the products and make my choices calmly. I ended up having to place my order quickly, which wasn't very comfortable. I understand the need to allow other customers to move forward, but it would be nice to be able to take a few moments to choose at my own pace, especially when you're hesitating between several items. Better organization might allow customers to browse the displays without being inconvenienced by the queue behind them. This isn't a criticism of the individual, but rather an observation about the service's organization. Given the quality of the products offered, it would be a real plus to also benefit from a welcoming atmosphere that allows customers to choose at their leisure. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about; the products are very good and the quality is excellent.

Fantastic experience. I've been following Mickael Martínez for a while and wanted to try his breads and viennoiseries. I wasn't disappointed at all. The baguette was quite good, the tourte de siècle was also very good. And the viennoiseries were of excellent quality. The shop is small but very well run and the staff is very friendly. Congratulations!
