A very pleasant surprise in the heart of Nîmes where "classic" dishes like risotto, duck breast, and rum baba are perfectly executed 👍🏼 a lovely wine list with a very "reasonable" selection of local wines by the glass 😎

With carefully chosen wine pairings, the flavors were perfectly balanced in this generous and indulgent culinary journey, culminating in notes of cocoa or a touch of acidity. 06/04/2026: Very good dinner at Skab. Nice service, the lamb, oyster dish and various creative sorbet were excellent. A bit more reserved on the fish and soufflé, but overall a great dinner !
