An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! I ate with a friend and we were both very satisfied. The welcome is warm and professional; you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, prepared with quality ingredients and presented with care. Every bite is a true pleasure; the flavors are perfectly balanced. The service is attentive without being intrusive, with a smiling and helpful team. Excellent value for money for a place I recommend without hesitation. I will definitely be back!

One of the best in its category in Marseille, L’Instinct Nippon offers a wide selection of iconic Asian products, all-you-can-eat, served at your table. Open every evening of the week, the restaurant has two floors. Desserts and drinks are extra. The sushi is fresh, there's a wide variety, and the staff is welcoming. The cleanliness of the dining room, the decor, and the state of the restrooms prevent me from giving it 5 stars, but I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all fans of spring rolls, beef and cheese skewers, wok dishes, and raw fish!

08/08/2026: The sushi was okay. However, the ramen broth was very oily, which is contrary to Japanese cuisine. And the noodles were more like Italian pasta.
23/07/2026: To other reviewers: I don’t understand what you expect when eating Japanese food in France or generally, Europe…don’t expect to get the full authentic experience as if you’re dining in Japan!! For European standards the food was actually very good! Kimchi was self made and fresh. Service was amazing (contrary to the other reviews). We enjoyed it a lot. The desserts were so nice as well (daifuku and Japanese patisserie available too). Thanks for a lovely evening!
