The sauce customization was great! And the food quality was excellent. For once, I didn't get the impression that the ingredients were stale, unlike at other restaurants of the same type! I'll be back.

A great Chinese hot pot restaurant, despite a bit of a wait (reservations are clearly inaccurate). But overall, a good experience because: - All-you-can-eat buffet, so the €30 deal is very generous, allowing you to order and reorder... Rare in Paris, and even more so these days. - Super fresh ingredients: marinated pork ribs, marinated chicken, beef, mutton, pork meatballs, even the egg noodles... are all very high quality. The vegetables are also excellent, with enoki mushrooms, spinach, and lotus root. The ingredient list is extensive! - Numerous broth options in dishes divided in half, so you can have four different broths for two people! The satai and Szechuan broths are very good, the others are more subtle. - Friendly and attentive service. Thank you for a great time!

I had a fantastic time at this hot pot, which is definitely the best hot pot in Paris! First of all, it's an all-you-can-eat menu, with several rounds to reorder meat and sides (4 or 5, if I remember correctly), and you can ask for unlimited more broth. As for the taste, the broths are truly excellent (I especially loved the porcini mushroom broth; I highly recommend it). The meats are also very good; I highly recommend the marinated chicken, which was my favorite by far! This hot pot allowed me to experience a taste of China for a meal, especially with the 1.25 euro bottle of Coke, which is typical in Chinese restaurants there.
