A magnificent hotel where we stayed for our seminar. Ideally located in the heart of Versailles, just steps from the palace. The hotel has its own parking and is incredibly comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. The reception was super friendly, with a very attentive team. Throughout the day, we received impeccable service from the entire team, with special attention to the allergies and intolerances of our training group. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks were all delicious, and the table service was perfect. Bravo to your team, the kitchen staff, and the chef! Thank you so much for your hospitality ❤️

No complaints about the quality of the room or the friendliness of the staff: everything was impeccable in that regard.
However, I have more reservations about the upkeep of the common areas. The restaurant tables hadn't been cleared even though they'd been empty for over 30 minutes. As for the outdoor tables facing the hotel, coffee cups and other glasses remained in place until late in the evening.
The ashtrays hadn't been emptied, including those near the doors, which were completely overflowing with cigarette butts.
This is a shame, as it contrasts sharply with the overall quality of the establishment.
Furthermore, I find it regrettable that you charge your guests for parking.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff is pleasant and professional. The room was lovely, well laid out, and impeccably maintained.
One minor drawback was the parking, which cannot be reserved and is, of course, always full, despite an alternative solution that requires leaving the hotel grounds.
Overall, the positive aspects objectively outweigh the minor inconveniences.

A very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent rooms, and incredibly comfortable beds—so comfortable, in fact, that it's hard to get out of bed in the morning! 😀 The breakfast was very varied, and the restaurant was excellent! The hotel is very well located, a 5-minute walk from the Palace of Versailles, close to the city center and the market. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome; we will be back next year.

We ordered ice to the room and we got charged 7 euros. Wild for a luxury hotel it was very disappointing. We ate at the bar downstairs and the service there was beyond amazing but the burger gave my boyfriend food poisoning. Sad because we had to completely cancel our plans for the entire day and didn't get to go see the Castle which was the entire point in booking the hotel to begin with so we could be close proximity to the Chateau de Versaille. The front desk was kind enough to extend the check out three hours so that he can rest since the pain kept him up all night but then housekeeping entered the room without knocking and woke us up. Not the greatest experience I must say.

A disappointing experience despite its ideal location near the Palace of Versailles and the RER train station. The welcome was rushed, with no advice or special attention. The room was pleasant, but the bathroom could be improved, and the wait for hot water was 5 to 10 minutes, unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The hammam was adequate, but the facilities were insufficient (few lounge chairs, no coat hooks). The restaurant was very slow: it took 30 minutes to get a bottle of wine without any accompaniments. The room on the first floor was noisy due to a nightclub that was open until 3 a.m.
Fortunately, the breakfast was very good and varied. Overall, the customer experience needs improvement.

A MEMORABLE STAY! I can't express how happy I was at this hotel in every way: the room, the service, the welcome, the breakfast, the dinner, the kindness of the staff. This hotel clearly deserves its 5 stars! Thank you for this wonderful stay! I will definitely be back!
