L’Oasis D’Orient sur Paris

L’Oasis is located near the Gare de l’Est and directly across from our hotel. After a long day in Paris, we were still hungry late in the evening and decided to get some takeaway food to take back to our room. We ordered two “Sandwiches Kebab Menu” with fries and a drink. On the positive side, the food was hot and tasted okay. The employee was also friendly, and the place was generally clean. However, the composition was somewhat disappointing: the kebab sandwich consisted, in our opinion, only of pide bread and meat, without salad or any other fresh ingredients that we expect from a classic doner kebab. The presentation for takeaway also seemed rather uninspired: the sandwich was packed in a styrofoam box, and the fries were simply placed on top with some sauce. Our conclusion: the food was filling and perfectly adequate as a quick late-night meal, but it wasn't a particularly memorable culinary experience. We wouldn't personally plan on going back.

Hi, I broke my Ramadan fast there. The tacos are good, the service is great, and they even brought us dates and water. I encourage you to go.
