Localino (vino & commestibili) sur Paris

Service was friendly and nice. Restaurant environment is buzzy with lovely interiors. Unfortunately food wasn’t really to our taste.

Small menu, limited wine list but great quality - really authentic Italian cuisine (the chef is from Liguria).

One of the best place in Paris.

Delicious from start to finish! Special mention for the daily special: the beccafino sardines were a delight. The paccheri in tomato sauce was a classic, but also delicious! I highly recommend it.

I've had lunch at Localino several times. It's an excellent lunch option with friendly, informal service. The ingredients are top-quality, and the Italian chef masterfully prepares dishes from the great Italian regional tradition.

This is my third time at Localino, and I'm still just as delighted! The fish and pasta are delicious. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

I find that some dishes lacked finesse to ask for such a price, especially the fregole with shrimp taretare at €40. Unfortunately I find that the price of wines is also a negative point, there are good bottles that demand a certain price on the list, on the other hand there are none below €50. The service between the starter and the dish was also very long, and I lost my appetite for a dessert. Still, the staff is very kind and welcoming.

Dropped in w/o a reservation. Given a table that had a booking 2 hrs later. No issues - we were gone in 1 1/2 hours. One of the most memorable meals in Paris. Pasta was fresh — everything was in season. Service was awesome. Go there!! We had the lime ravioli - awesome. For desert way had the macerated strawberries and mascarpone. Great way to finish the meal. Will try and replicate when we get home. The wines are very expensive, but we told the wine guy what we were looking for and the price range and he knocked it out of the park. A 1st cru Chablis for 80e that paired with the ravioli. Overall an unforgettable meal.

Starter: Sea bass crudo: good. Simple seasoning, with salt and good olive oil. The bread was very good. Pasta: Paccheri with tomato sauce. Undercooked pasta. Not al dente. Undercooked. Impossible to eat. Ravioli of the day, nothing special. But edible. Pasta is their specialty. Needs improvement. Tiramisu: good and a generous portion. Overall atmosphere: affluent international clientele in a standard setting. Saint Germain. A tiny open kitchen in the middle, which dampens an already unwelcoming atmosphere. A decent place, like Marco Polo but a bit cheaper and with less character.

The food was very good and the staff were very kind and attentive. I would go back!!
