Logis Domaine Langmatt Restaurant sur Murbach

A bit of a special stay because we were expecting a 4 star (more like a 2 star... even if there is a swimming pool, sauna,... even the sewing kit). It certainly was in the 1980s and 90s. It's a shame because the place is sublime and super calm. Perfect for a change of scenery even if at first we were a little afraid of being the only ones in this remote corner (in a white zone). It gave the impression of being in Count Dracula's castle wondering if we would leave ^^ The host partly compensates for this aspect despite everything with kindness and a desire to please. We even had a fire in the fireplace. It will remain more of a funny memory than a good stay.

Wonderful place, in a pleasant and peaceful setting. Attentive staff, delicious food, not to mention the sauna jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool. I recommend !

An area which is peacefully located in a pleasant setting. The staff is really very friendly, we feel that the manager wants to please the customers, and cares a lot about his field. However, the place is very dated, the cleanliness of the place leaves a little to be desired (dead insects, cobwebs in the rooms). The rooms are not very well soundproofed. As for breakfast, rather basic, but there is the main thing. The Spa (swimming pool, sauna cabin, jacuzzi) is also aging and unattractive. Clearly not worth its 4 stars, but the manager is really friendly, who could almost outdo the unwelcoming building.

I went for Christmas Eve with my family and we were immediately very well received. The meal is not made by the boss who is very good, very generous dishes and above all good quality products, price level, these are resonable for the quality but who makes all these friendliness of the managers very quickly

Top notch welcome and service. Conviviality and well-being are there, I recommend!!!

The extreme kindness of the owner compensates for the dilapidation of the place but it is still very expensive to pay. . 4 stars ok but from the 1970s
