L'Oliveraie sur Nice

Excellent location for the tram and train. Supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Rooms a good size, staff really helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool superb but small. Great value stay here

Very good stay, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the breakfast is excellent, everything is good, lots of salty sugar choices, the hot chocolate is very good as well as the pastries The roof top is very beautiful with its large swimming pool

We stayed two nights at this hotel during our time at Nice. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Nice Riquer train station. There was some confusion during our check in where the staff was saying they need to charge 20 Euro supplement for our 11 year old kid, whereas we had booked the room accordingly with child occupancy. Finally we had to show our email confirmation for clarification. The rooms were nice and they also have a roof top restaurant and pool. The hotel is also located in a quiet location with restaurants around. Overall we would recommend this place for a stay at Nice.

Excellent hotel perfectly located opposite a tram stop which takes you in 5 minutes to the old town. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and all the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful.

A little complicated to park. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

We are here with a tour group. We are very positively surprised by the hotel. The rooms are fine, clean and large. The dinner was very tasty and rich, nothing was missing at breakfast, the bread was special 👌👍, almost as good as at home 😅👍👍👍👌👌👌 The service, reception staff and waiters were friendly and helpful.
