Restaurant with very good value for money. We feel that the cook does his best with the menu which offers a substantial choice. The service is very good and the main course / dessert is very correct. I would have given 4 stars but a little message for the boss: be more cheerful and more pleasant with your customers and you will certainly gain more favorable opinions and more customers who want to come back :)

The daily menu is good value for money. Medium quality Olivette meal salad But charging €7 for an a la carte dessert of the day like a flan pastry or a chocolate mousse is inappropriate. 5€ would already be a bit high price In the end, a meal salad, a pastry flan for €22.20 is too expensive in my eyes

I came to eat in this traditional restaurant, we ate very well, excellent duck platter and the liver sublime, the chocolate mousse was top notch, thank you to the entire team

Les plats sont copieux mais ce n' est pas de la grande cuisine...frites surgelés, le foie gras n était pas bon. Ça convient pour un gros appétit mais au gustativement parlant, rien d' exceptionnel. Pratique pour y aller à plusieurs car possibilité d avoir une grande table.

05/04/2024: This is an atypical hotel which has a lot of charm and which is less than 15 minutes by car from the city center of Angoulême. Room renovated recently. Practical, functional but a little narrow for my taste. The room has good bedding and the decor is pleasant. Friendly staff and the infrastructure is really good (Spa, swimming pool and gym) I only give 4 stars because the breakfast deserves to be more extensive. A great address if you have to go through Angoulême.
14/03/2024: Very clean establishment, spacious room and very comfortable bedding. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment. Very quiet location This is my second stay
