We were fortunate enough to spend a morning with the team at L’Olivier, in the company of its chef, Christophe Pulizzi, followed by a wonderful 12-course gastronomic journey.
The chef was as generous in sharing his knowledge as he was in the dishes he meticulously prepared. Numerous culinary discoveries, innovative flavor and texture combinations—the promise of the journey was fulfilled.
Thank you to the chef and his team for taking the time to share this morning with us and for offering us an exceptional menu worthy of a Michelin star.
I highly recommend it to everyone.

A few days after dinner at L’Olivier… my taste buds are still tingling.
Each dish is a marvel of flavor that evokes emotion and creates memories. And from my point of view, that's what truly matters.
(Just one small point: the portions are sometimes a little small to fully appreciate the flavors 😉)
The setting and the waitstaff are fantastic.
Having dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants in France… I imagine the Michelin Guide will soon discover this magnificent establishment.

A wonderful discovery since the change of chef!
A truly successful experience from start to finish.
The service was impeccable, with attentive, warm, and highly professional staff.
The "chef's life" menu was a delightful surprise: creative cuisine and a veritable explosion of flavors.
Special mention to Eliott, the sommelier, whose passion, insightful knowledge, and excellent recommendations greatly contributed to this very enjoyable experience. A place we will definitely return to.

We spent three hours enjoying 15 different dishes, all very tasty and original. The service was smooth and pleasant, and the sommelier offered excellent advice.
I recommend opting for the cheese platter.

A day dedicated to truffles. After a morning demonstration in a truffle orchard, we savored a host of delicious truffle-based dishes. A real treat! Congratulations to the kitchen team. Furthermore, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I have lived in this area for almost 25 years and often dine at the many Michelin-starred restaurants here. But without a doubt, this was the most delightful surprise we've ever had. First of all, the setting is charming: a leafy facade, a beautifully decorated and refined interior. The service is impeccable. The staff is absolutely delightful, from the person at reception to the cloakroom attendant, the waiters, and the sommelier: all are friendly, engaged, efficient, attentive, and seem genuinely happy to be there (it was Christmas Day, so I don't know if they had hired extra staff). But let's talk about the food: the most original flavor combinations we've ever tasted! The dishes were colorful, offered exquisite textures, some were incredibly imaginative, all were beautifully presented, and all were absolutely delicious. After the meal, I did some research to learn more about the very young and extremely talented chef who has been working at this restaurant for three years. The fact that this chef and restaurant are ignored by the Michelin Guide makes me question their evaluation criteria. (I know this would make bookings even more difficult for us, but we must give credit where credit is due to L'Olivier, which richly deserves it).

We had a very pleasant Christmas meal. Good value for money, well-prepared and beautifully presented dishes, and very friendly service.
My only complaint is that I had repeatedly requested a special menu because I am pregnant, and at the beginning of the meal, I was assured that the chef would be trusted. Unfortunately, pearly white fish, rare meat, and steak tartare (even cooked with salt) are not at all suitable for a pregnant woman. This was my biggest disappointment of the day. I wish my request had been taken more seriously.

This was my second visit, and both were wonderful culinary experiences.
The service was professional and very friendly, and the cuisine was refined, visually appealing, and absolutely delicious! Give it a try; you'll be surprised by the level of quality at such an affordable price for a fine dining restaurant.
