I hadn't read the comments before going there otherwise I wouldn't have set foot there. So surely there is reason to complain, I have had dirty cutlery myself. But I asked for a change and the waiter washed them. Obviously the restaurant is understaffed. The dishes ordered were good but nothing more. I gave 4 stars of encouragement. Lots of things to improve including cleanliness.
