Lollywood Bollywood sur Nice

Very nice restaurant in the heart of Nice! The welcome was very good, the staff friendly and very responsive. Our order arrived quickly. The choice is vast, for a very reasonable price. We took 3 menus: 1 sauce, rice and a naan for 13 euros. The rice portion was generous. The dishes are very good, and served with an extra spicy sauce. As a starter, we had chickpea samosas, which were also very good, but we didn't understand why there were only 2 instead of 6 as listed on the menu. Surely a misunderstanding. Finally, it is a good restaurant, certainly not 100% Indian tradition, but which will suit you perfectly if you are not very complicated.

Meal too light for the price paid: the quantities served are insufficient and the dishes are served in ridiculous casseroles...for a dish at 17 euros on average, in France we have a real plate!!..the naans were very thin ..yes even the dough is expensive!! In short, when we left we were hungry! The dishes are good but the quantities need to be reviewed. If you want to focus too much on quantities, this restaurant is not credible.

The owner wants you to eat the whole restaurant menu which can be clearly seen in his attitude. The other young waiter was very kind. Food was pretty much authentic.

All the was from OZ our Family of 4, with our daughter who is coeliac and they had no issues catering for her. The food was amazing, will definitely go back if the opportunity arises.
