We had lunch on the terrace with our children in a very pleasant setting. The waiter was lovely and offered great advice. We ordered set menus, which were simple but good, well-prepared, and above all, very generous. The wine was good.

The service is excellent. The setting is perfect. The portions are generous, and you should choose Béarnaise specialties to be truly satisfied. The prices are a bit too high.

A truly exceptional place. I was about 15 years old when I first discovered it. My father was friends with the current owner's parents, and I regret never having met their son. But what I can say for sure is that the food hasn't changed; it's still just as good, and the atmosphere is still the same—a haven of peace. The cuisine is sublime, and I'm not just saying that because I knew the owners; it's truly a place to discover, both for its visual appeal and for its Béarnaise gastronomy. Enjoy your experience!

A restaurant you absolutely must try. A perfect menu, and a delicious homemade Garbure (cabbage and bean soup). What more can I say except that it's excellent? I'll gladly return.

Excellent French restaurant in the region. The service is charming and very friendly, and the food is superb. We ordered the set menu, which included the local specialty, Béarnaise soup (garbure), as well as some appetizers, a generous main course (we ordered the meat), and homemade apple tart for dessert. Very good value for money, and both the surroundings and the restaurant itself are very pleasant. We found the restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely return next time we visit the Ossau Valley. Highly recommended!

A fantastic restaurant!! Definitely make a reservation!! Even for two!! A real treat, amazing flavors...we tried everything on the menu and it was delicious. The kids want to have their birthday party there...We'll see...it's still an hour and 45 minutes from home 🤣

We hadn't booked, yet we were warmly welcomed on a Sunday at lunchtime. We were told there would be a wait, but the courses kept coming. Good, traditional cooking, just like Grandma used to make. We thoroughly enjoyed this generous meal.
