Thank you Corentin, a very high-quality restaurant with excellent service and superb dishes. Personally, I found the truffle ravioli excellent, and the hand-cut beef tartare a real treat! The homemade chocolate mousse is extraordinary. We came and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend it!

Superb: everything was excellent, the starter (goat cheese and basil tulip), the pollack (impeccable), a wonderfully good coral sauce, homemade chocolate mousse 🤤 in short, a delight. Thank you for satisfying my appetite, thank you to Elbeuf, L'Os à Moelle is once again L'Os à Moelle 🩷

Delighted! Superb service, the dishes are very good and generous portions, and the prices are more than reasonable. I hadn't been for 20 years (admittedly, it has changed owners since then). The bone marrow was perfect, the beef tartare excellent, as was the andouillette sausage, and the desserts were generous. In short, nothing to say except THANK YOU!

We arrived as a couple and received a warm welcome from the owner and a charming smile from the waitress. The setting was simple yet inviting, with lovely decorations. The service was excellent, the food was beautiful and of high quality, and the prices were very reasonable.

05/04/2026: Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in Elbeuf and the surrounding area. The cuisine is refined and meticulously presented, the dishes are incredible, especially since the menu is updated monthly. The desserts are truly divine, the best I've ever had. The service is also noteworthy; the waiters are extremely professional and everything is impeccable. The only slight drawback, though it doesn't detract from the experience, is that the menu used to be presented and explained by the waiters, which is no longer the case. It's a small detail, but it was a very welcome touch.
