Then a piece of beef accompanied by a salad and this Roquefort sauce = So the piece of meat was not gigantic and in good proportion, the taste and tenderness of the meat was just incredible, it was cooked to perfection as I expected. I asked for the Roquefort sauce, neither too strong nor too weak in terms of flavor intensity, very good texture, just a small annoyance, the salad was slightly faded, but the dish as a whole was very good. And to finish, a pistachio crème brulé = A very nice eco, the taste of the pistachio was there, the crunch of the slightly heated cane sugar was very well done, the texture was perfect. The young woman who welcomed me was super nice, and the young man was also super nice. A very good restaurant for me. The prices remain really affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A very good experience, a very slight downside on the slightly dry meat, but fabulous desserts, an excellent starter and all the sauces were delicious and frankly they are a bit different from some brasseries. Impeccable service, attentive without being too present I highly recommend it

J'ai déjeuné dans ce restaurant en faisant une pause sur la route ; j'ai choisi le menu express qui m'a donné entière satisfaction. la cuisine était de très bonne qualité, les serveuses aimables et le rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant. Je recommande donc cet établissement.
